I love to read books and internet has provided us an opportunity to read many e-books online or offline. Often I need to purchase e-books online, but I have realized that internet has many resources which offer FREE e-books and if you are lucky one (may be like me) then you can dig out those sites and read FREE stuff. whenever I find sites or blogs offering free stuff, first I check the link and then share it with my blog readers.
I have written onepost or more posts on free online e-books and readers liked the posts. Today’s post is about a site from where you can download many e-books.
Get free books is offering FREE download of e-books with a lot of tites. The ebooks which you find within this site are collected from all over the net. I could find many topics of my interest and could easily download e-books from the site. E-books are easy to search as side bar provides “catagories” to choose. You just click on your favourite topic and next page provides list of books alongwith a short review. I like the idea of review, as It explains which kind of e-book we are going to download.
Some other sites with free e-books offer:
- Directory of free online books
- Tux mobile provides links to free e-books and audio books for mobile computers.
- Librarian Chick a collection of links to the best of the Internet’s FREE resources. There are free e-books, audio books, site links and a lot more.
- Plough books offers self help books. Plough is the publishing house of a community movement of families and single people whose common basis is faith in Jesus.

Internet provides a lot of free resources and links with tons of information about any topics. Just start your search by writing the topic at “search box’ and within seconds you get the results. But interesting thing is that internet itself guides you in proper use of search at the world wide web.
The most appropriate results about any topic can be found at “Google” as it is the largest and most popular search engine.
Now google offers Google Guide which is from “Nancy Blachman”, who is not a google worker, but a freelancer.
Why it was created, Nancy Blachman says:
“Google Guide is an online interactive tutorial and reference for experienced users, novices, and everyone in between. I developed Google Guide because I wanted more information about Google’s capabilties, features, and services than I found on Google’s website.”
She has done a great job, as it is a FREE and valuable resource for searchers or researchers.
What you can learn at Google Guide?
- How to select terms and search (more) effectively
- How Google interprets your query
- What’s included with your results
- How to search using Google’s special tools and shortcuts
- What to do when you can’t find the answer you want
- When Google added services, features, and options (Google’s Feature History)
- How Google works

I was really impressed by a tutorial about web development, which provides information about making your site popular and money making from it.

There are many sites at the internet where you can download or read online e-books or magazines. But it is very difficult to get the link to the sites where you actually read or download e-books or magazine.
Megatopia is a directory to free online magazines. So reading lovers like me, who are always looking for free stuff at the internet can bookmark this site.
There are hundreds of free magazines which are only a click away.

* Magazine subscription at the lowest publisher authorized prices online, with a risk-free 100% Unconditional Guarantee.
I clicked on picture of the few magazine, and it took me to the home page of the magazine, where I was able to read the magazine. But about free publications, be careful about it because you have to fill up question list and most probably if you are from U.S.A, then you can get free subscription of your choice.

This term was new to me also “Blagging” until I browsed the blog, where the term was explained:
” Blaggign means, when people attempt to get something for nothing.”
Mike Essex, an 18 years old from Birmingham, United Kingdom set on a quest to see if he could get 100 products for free simply by asking nicely. Blagman.co.uk was started in August 2006. Since then the site has become a forum type, where all the products which are given to Mike for free are reviewed.
Mike in return promises to review honestly. And wide side of this site is that you can get reviewed at his site by offering him any range of products, starting from games to gadgets, toys to toiletries and food to fashion.
You can learn the techniques he used to to “get £10,000 of products for free” by becoming a sidekick. After signing up at the site, where Mike runs a competition for sidekickers.

His latest post is about Blagging Christmas: Christmas Tree and Stand, and like other posts, the article explains in detail, how he succeeded in getting free christmas tree and stand.
