“Online eSignature” service!

Posted by youlki22 on February 17, 2008

Internet has become a quick document transaction medium. There are a lot of documents which need your signature, and the signature which is sent by e-mail or other file sharing method is called e-signature. Esignature not only saves your printing, scanning and faxing related charges, but it saves your time.
Middlepost is a utility which enables you to get other person’s esignature.
“Middle post” is located in San Francisco, California.

How it works?
You need to upload a document, invite other collaborators (as many as you want) to sign, approve, or observe, and when the document has been signed and or approved, it is done.

According to ESIGN Act of year 2000, it says” that a contract or signature “may not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form”.
This statement explains that electronic signatures and records are just as good as their paper equivalent, and therefore subject to the same legal scrutiny of authenticity that applies to paper documents.

* It not only provides you esign facility but it works like an easy filing cabinet, where you may search through as many files, as you wish.
* You may track the document progress in real time.
* Site is offering a free trial which allows you to send 5 documents per month for FREE.
* Their blog provides many useful posts about latest news.

My name is Olga and I work for a company that specializes in digital signatures.
Your definition of e-signature is a bit wrong. E-signatures is not only a graphic signature that can be used online, but it also secures your sign document from being changed
