I love to see nature pictures, and for this purpose, I have collected some clip art, and image cd’s. But whenever I browsed any image or clip art site, I was not satisfied, as mostly they allow the surfer to download a limited number of images and the persons not having a high speed broadband connection cannot search the site easily.

I was really happy to see this site which is an image or wall paper photos site.
It is a personal site, so what you would browse here will be different from other commercial sites.

Site is created by John Macken who is not a professional photographer. He is a scientific inventor with about 30 patents. Most of his inventions deal with lasers and optics. I has started three laser related companies.
He took almost all the photos on this website himself. Photos by others are also included. He really do attempt to make every photo on this website vivid and breathtaking.
How this web site was created?
John decided to start this website when several of his friends independently chose his photos as desktop wallpaper.

How to participate at the site?
If you agree with the philosophy of this website, you can submit photos for possible inclusion in this website. You would be given credit for taking the photo in the description area next to each photo. You would own the copyright, but you would agree to the free use of your photo for noncommercial purposes.
